Հանրապետական պատգամավորը իրականացրեց անհնարինը

Երևան, Հայաստան – Երկուշաբթի երեկոյան տեղի ունեցավ արտահերթ կառավարության նիստ, որի ժամանակ վարչապետ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը պատվո շքանշան հանձնեց խորհրդարանական մեծամասնության ղեկավարին: Վարչապետը բարձր գնահատեց Սահակյանի նվաճումը և կոչ արեց նաև այլ խորհրդարանականներին հետևել Սահակյանի օրինակին:

Շքանշանի հանձնման արարողության ընթացքում Սարգսյանը նշեց. “Այսօր մենք տեսնում ենք, որ տարիների աշխատանքը սկսել է տալ իր արդյունքը: Խոստովանենք, որ նույնիսկ կառավարությունում քչերն էին հավատում, որ պարոն Սահակյանը կկարողանա հասնել նման արդյունքի: Պատկերացնում եք` գրեթե մեկ ամիս”, ասաց վարչապետը` ընկերաբար թփթփացնելով գործընկերոջ ուսին: Read more…

Երկուշաբթի առավոտյան Էջմիածնի մամլո ծառայությունը տարածեց հաղորդագրություն առ այն, որ ՆՍՕՏՏ Գարեգին Բ-ն /այսուհետ Գ. U.S. does not give up on democracy prospects in Armenia

 On Monday U.S. Embassy unveiled a new program that will help Armenian government in fight against assholes on grassroots level, as well as in government institutions. The new “Anti-asshole Action Project” (AAP) is sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development.

 USAID Mission Director introduced the new program: “Our new strategy is to combine all the anti-corruption, anti-trafficking and anti-fraud programs into a single comprehensive anti-asshole initiative to address Armenia’s main challenge in democratic development. This program is expected to help Armenia follow its international commitment to combat assholes.” Read more…

European envoyee explains the benefit of women drivers in parliament

Armenian parliament is to provide seats for minorities including Kurds, Russians, Yezdis, gays, women-drivers and idiots. The bill was prompted by special representative of European Council Silvia Zehe who reminded Armenian legislators of their commitments to Europe.

“If Armenia truly wants to be a part of Europe, you need to get your Parliament to represent all social groups of the society. The traffic signs and so-called zebras, for one thing, are not arranged in a cute, sparkly manner obviously due to under-representation of women drivers,” stated Zehe. Read more…

Opposition leader sips ceremonial cocktail before excited crowd

On September 18th Armenian National Congress gathered over 85 thousand people around Matenadaran area to announce a new phase of revolution. Prior to starting the rally, First President Levon Ter-Petrosian following the established tradition, cut open a young virgin from the rival Republican party prepared for the occasion and handed the rest of the body to gathered supporters who apparently had not had lunch for a while. The heart of the sacrificed Republican was sent to Moscow as a sign of political courtesy.

“The regime is living down its last days. Our victory is inevitable,” said Ter-Petrosian as he sipped the cocktail “Bloody Republican” . “Once we take over, we’ll knock on the door of every supporter of the regime in the darkness, we’ll drag them out into the  Republican square and we’ll organize world’s biggest tribute to Janna D’Ark (Joan of Ark).” Read more…

Նախարարները քննարկում են տրաֆիկինգի որակի բարելավումը

Հայատսանի ԱԳ նախարար Նալբանդյանի հրավերով երեքշաբթի պաշտոնական այցով Երևանում էր Արաբական Էմիրությունների արտաքին գործերի նախարար Աբդուլա բին Զայեդը: Երկու նախարարները փոխանակեցին մտքեր, որից հետո տվեցին մամլո ասուլիս:

“Մենք անչափ մտահոգ ենք Հայաստանից եկող տրաֆիկինգի զոհերի որակի աննախադեպ անկմամբ,” հայտարարեց Զայեդը լրագրողներին: “Մենք հուսով ենք, որ մեր հայ գործընկերնեը կկարողանան կարգավորել այդ հարցը մոտակա ժամանակում: Մենք երկար համագործակցել են հայկական կողմի հետ և համարել ենք հայաստանը այս բնագավառում հուսալի գործընկեր,” ավելացրեց նախարարը: Read more…

'I hate this crisis. Just hate it...'

As the consequences of the global economic crisis become more evident, Government loses grip over emotions.

Prime Minister Sargsyan stated at the extraordinary Government session; “This crisis sucks! I hate it! I was the best educated Prime Minister this country had, I am non-partisan and professional, but it had to be me to lead government in crisis? Isn’t it kind-of ironic and unfair?”

In an emotional burst Sargsyan also shrugged his shoulders thrice through the session. The meeting ended as the Minister of Economy Nerses Yeritsyan chopped of his little finger to apologize for inability to improve the situation. Read more…
